You can close your account and remove your study data. Please review what happens before confirming.

What happens next

    Access closes immediately

    You are signed out of the website and your app sessions are revoked.

    30-day recovery period

    Contact support from your account email if this was a mistake. Staff can restore your account during this period.

  3. 3

    Permanent deletion

    After the recovery period, scheduled cleanup deletes the account and study records. Anonymized payment amounts, status, gateway and dates remain for financial reporting.

Deleting your account does not automatically refund a purchase. A limited no-contact record may remain so we do not email you again. For payment or deletion questions, contact usmle@usmlepreppro.com.
